Those who are vegetarians is good for them to keep their health as vegetarian but not everyone is willing to take up a vegetarian diet, it's better to switch to it when you approach middle age,keep in mind the mandate,'more vegetable,less meat'.By having 'more vegetable,less meat',it's can change your phisical constitution from acidic to alkaline,strengthen your self-healing ability,restore your body functions to normal,and symptoms like sore,pain, swelling and itching would gradually heal and even disappear completely.
Healthy diet of life advocate the return to a diet of pure,natural foods,to the consumption of less processed hut more organic foods,and to having lightly-flavoured meals that contain less fat,salt and sugar.Variety of foods with different colours,in order to fully absorb the precious of nutrients in fruits and vegetables which is contribute antioxidants that are beneficial in fighting againts the damage caused by free radicals.So that,when you eat right,you are master of your life in control of your health!
It's good to eat more fruits and if you eat them everyday,you will finish them eventually.There are many type of raw food too,such as energy soup,fresh vegetable salad,fruit and vegetable juice,preserved vegetable which is retain their valuable nutrients,since they do not have to undergo preparation in high temperature.
