Anemia
The red blood cells in body contain red blood pigment that delivers oxygen to all parts of the body.For the information male have about 5 million red blood cells,while women have about 4.5 million.When the body's red blood cells or hemoglobin in the blood decrease in number,the condition is know as Anemia. And it more likely occur in women,and the symptoms include fatigue,instability when standing tinnitus and so on.
Suitable Types of Food :
1 - Consume more iron-rich foods,especially vitamin B12,folic acid,vitamin A,C,D,such as red dates,longan,astragalus,angelica,lilies,raisins,wheat grass,sprout,eggs,beer yeast,soy,molasses,sugar beet,cabbage,mustard,cucumber,lettuce,carrots,parsley,gluten,whole grains,yogurt,seaweed,black glutinous rice,milk,green peppers,brocoli,strawberies,orange,persimmon,rape,wheat germ and so on.
2 - Vitamin C food and edible vinegar,which can help to enhance the absorption of iron by the body.
3- Vegetarians shoud consume yogurt,seaweed,molasses,brewer's yeast and so on,which help to nourish the blood.
4 - Regularly consume astragalus soup with dates and wolfberries. Add two pieces of angelica to yield better results.
5 - Use an iron for cooking food where the iron is an inorganic metal which can be easily absorbed by the body.It helps to improve anemia due to iron deficiency.

1 - Alcohol destroys the body's intake of acids.
2 - Processed foods such as canned food,pickled products,baked bread,candied fruit and sausages can easily lead to anemia due to iron deficiency.
3 - Concentrated tea contains excessive amounts of tannin which renders the iron insoluble and impedes absorption of iron.Abstain from tea.
4-Bad habit of being a choosy eater.
5 - Those with stomach problems usually have poor digestive function,and this is so even if the food is rich and tasty.Hence,the priority is to seek treatment for stomach problems.
